Custom Fabrication
From custom exhaust systems and intake fabrication to brackets, mounts, safety equipment, and one-off components, RS Autowerks provides custom fabrication solutions for Porsche, Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-AMG, and other European performance vehicles.
Built Around Your Project
Not every project has an off-the-shelf solution. Our fabrication work combines real-world shop experience, modern design tools, and hands-on fabrication to build components that fit and function the way they should.
Using 3D scanning, CAD design, and reverse engineering, we improve accuracy, validate fitment, and reduce guesswork before fabrication begins. In addition to our in-house capabilities, we work closely with a trusted network of engineers, machinists, manufacturers, and industry partners to support projects requiring specialized resources beyond our shop.

Design & Development
Scanning and CAD allow us to design around the car's actual geometry rather than approximations, helping reduce fitment issues during installation.
Production cars vary. Chassis tolerances, previous repairs, and existing modifications all change the space a component has to occupy. Measuring that space directly, rather than working from a drawing or a similar car, means a part can be designed once and fit correctly the first time.
Reverse engineering serves the same purpose when a component is discontinued or was never offered. The original geometry is captured, then rebuilt to suit how the car is actually used.

When the Right Part Doesn't Exist
Whether repairing a damaged exhaust, fabricating a custom mounting solution, preparing a track car, or developing a new component, the objective remains the same: thoughtful solutions, proper fitment, and quality workmanship.
