RS Autowerks provides performance tuning and aftermarket modification services for European vehicles. Performance Upgrades & Modifications

RS Autowerks installs aftermarket performance upgrades with attention to compatibility, durability, and proper integration. Components are selected based on vehicle platform, supporting systems, and real-world use. We do not install parts without confirming they are appropriate for the overall vehicle configuration.

ECU & Transmission Calibration

ECU and transmission calibration for supported European platforms, including PDK, DSG, DCT, and ZF8 systems. Calibration is used to increase power and optimize engine and transmission behavior to properly support installed hardware, with attention to drivability, thermal management, and long-term reliability.

Engine, Intake & Power Systems

Air intake systems, high-flow filters, ECU tuning, turbochargers, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, methanol injection systems, intercoolers, radiators and cooling upgrades, engine mounts, and exhaust systems. Engine-related upgrades are selected to work together as a complete system, with attention to heat management, drivability, and long-term reliability.

Engine Builds & Internal Upgrades

Engine build services for select European platforms, including internal upgrades, supporting hardware, and assembly for performance and durability goals. Engine builds are approached with attention to intended use, power targets, thermal management, and long-term serviceability rather than peak output alone.

Drivetrain & Power Transfer

Clutch upgrades, lightweight flywheels, short shifters and shifter assemblies, limited-slip differentials, and transmission mounts. Drivetrain components are chosen to handle increased power while maintaining predictable engagement, durability, and appropriate street or track manners.

Suspension, Handling & Chassis Setup

Coilovers, lowering springs, suspension control arms, sway bars, ride height adjustment, corner balancing, and performance or track-focused alignment. Suspension work is approached as a chassis system, balancing ride quality, handling response, and tire utilization based on the vehicle’s use and the owner’s goals.

Brake Systems

Big brake kits, brake pads, brake rotors, and brake cooling solutions. Brake setups are specified based on vehicle weight, power level, tire selection, and heat demands, with consideration given to noise, dust, pedal feel, and service intervals.

Wheels, Tires & Fitment

Wheels, tires, and wheel spacers, with attention to proper fitment, load ratings, brake clearance, and suspension geometry. Tire compounds are selected based on street, performance, or track use, and wheel construction such as forged or flow-formed is chosen to balance strength, weight, and durability.

Safety & Driver Interface Upgrades

Racing seats, racing harnesses, roll bars, and fire extinguisher systems. Safety and driver interface components are installed with attention to mounting integrity, driver position, and compatibility with the vehicle’s intended use and applicable track requirements.

RS Autowerks works with a curated selection of performance brands based on long-term experience and platform familiarity. We are partnered with many of the manufacturers whose components we install, providing insight into application, support, and long-term use. Parts are selected based on vehicle goals and real-world tradeoffs between comfort, reliability, performance, noise, heat, and maintenance.
